A gastronomic celebration, a symbol of Provencal cusine, the Grand Aioli is a bounty of fresh seafood, vegetables, escargot & hard boiled eggs served with a golden garlic mayonaisse. The Grand Aioli ideally, it should have at least six components. We will have more than 10 items in ours plus Vichyssoise to start, Escargot in Puff Pastry, French Baguette, & a choice of Desserts - and After Dinner MInts! The Three Course Grand Aioli is $55.00 pp.
